Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of our country,China has entered a new era.With the continuous development of China's economy,the role of the financial industry in the national economy is becoming more and more important.In recent years,with the great progress of science and technology,the rapid development of Internet banking and financial sector opening to the outside world more deeply,more and more foreign institutions in China,in addition to competitive differentiation of various joint-stock commercial banks and private banks keen team continues to expand,the traditional lines of the status of the industry is facing serious challenges.The most important determinant of competitiveness is human resources.Therefore,in the field of talent resources,especially for core talents,banks and financial institutions compete fiercely with state-owned commercial banks through a more competitive salary and promotion mechanism.The state-owned commercial bank because the human system is not flexible,the market reaction is not timely,causing huge loss of core talent,thus not only the loss of the training cost of core talents,do the wedding dress for others,the loss of the attached to the core of talent on customer resources,so the advantage in the fierce competition in the market gradually reduced.Therefore,in order to improve the market competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks,we must pay attention to the problem of human resource drain,adjust and optimize human resource management mechanism through multiple ways,so as to enhance the viscosity of core talents and control the problem of brain drain.In this paper,through systematic study of the brain drain of Chinese and foreign literature,combining with the questionnaire statistical analysis method,the state-owned commercial banks of A Heze branch as the research object,to explore the causes of talent loss problem of state-owned commercial banks,according to the current situation of the brain drain problem from personal development demands,strengthen personnel training,scientific optimization of salary system and performance system,improve staff development path and put forward corresponding measures to help the state-owned commercial banks stable personnel,so as to enhance the market competitiveness of state-owned commercial banks.This article is divided into seven chapters.
