As the pace of the globalization and world economic integration accelerating,the regulation of financial industry in China has gradually relaxed,foreign and private capital into the banking industry,the competition of banking market in China.Compared with foreign Banks,the state-owned joint-stock Banks in capital,technology,management,salary,benefits,etc are at a disadvantage;Compared with domestic private Banks,although state-owned commercial Banks over a longer period of time has a big advantage,but its management,salary,benefits and the ability to adapt is still at a disadvantage.The talent is the most important factor in the market competition of commercial banks.But in today's society,people are pursuing a higher standard of life and the desire to realize their own value,which causes the job-hopping more and more common,so that will accelerate the internal brain drain phenomena of state-owned commercial banks,to some extent.This paper first expounds the domestic and foreign scholars about the theoretical model of brain drain,simply introduces the structure of the bank of Z H branch personnel and compensation of the status quo,average age structure,employee from work,the collective departure degree and characteristic analysis of several aspects,such as the bank of Z H branch in nearly three years the characteristics of the brain drain,and combining the employee satisfaction survey questionnaire,from the work itself,career planning,work several benefits as well as enterprise management point of view to investigate,analyze the reasons of the loss of talent.Based on the above research,combined with the actual situation,put forward some response to the current situation of brain drain strategy,namely by the transformation of the concept of "talent",good staff training plan,build reasonable and effective performance evaluation system,the reasonable talent promotion mechanism,the diversified compensation system,etc.Therefore,in the face of increasingly fierce market competition environment,the bank of Z,H can do is to face the management process of the brain drain phenomenon,actively take measures to strengthen human resources management,to eliminate the impact of the brain drain to the bank.
