The talent is the driving force to maintain the development of the company, and the problem of brain drain has become a phenomenon that enterprise should not be underestimated in the process of development. Many enterprises in the development to a certain stage after the internal management cannot keep up with the needs of the community, which leading to brain drain and become an obstacle to the continued development of enterprises. As for the enterprise talent management, enterprise needs to study and solve the problem is to improve the situation of brain drain, how to do to attract talent, training talent, and keep the talent staff. This analysis takes H company as the research object t, as a local real estate development enterprise,founded in 90 s, when the Chinese private enterprises have sprung up. With the rapid development of economy and the change of economic environment rapid develop, H family business without rapid change of ideas and realize the importance of talents for the development of enterprises in the human resources management issues,resulting in talent is difficult long-term precipitation in the enterprise, formed the situation of brain drain.In this thesis combined with the internal structure of the H company and analysis the investigation of turnover, explain the impact of brain drain on the H company. Because the H company is a Zhengzhou local real estate development company, so the research of H company in the talent loss, we must take into account the real estate industry, analysis of the development of Zhengzhou real estate development, summarized the influence of H company to have the brain drain and flow in real estate the industry from the macroscopic aspect. According to H company, through a survey of staff, find out the factors of brain drain, summed upthe impact factors of brain drain, which include the external environmental factors,internal factors and staffs' own factors. Through the analysis giving four measures which include how to pick staff, through material, career factors and emotion factors to improve H company brain drain situation, breaking the bottleneck of human resources management, making human resources management in the company more standardized and more scientific.This thesis based on the brain drain of H company, through the improvement of the human resource management for the issue of brain drain and puts forward some opinions and suggestions, hoping that through the current problems with specific solutions to make H company human resources management more scientific and more reasonable, providing development impetus for the follow-up development of H company.
