With China’s domestic economy gradually going into the new normal, the banking industry in China is fully open to the foreign banks, and the domestic financial market continues to mature and grow, so that the core competitiveness of the joint-stock commercial banks play a more and more important role. As an important pillar of the theory of human resources management, adding human resource management and Talent flow theory in the category of bank enterprise will be of great benefit.From the existing human resource management model of China Merchants Bank, this article systematically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of China Merchants Bank in human resources management, on this basis to explore the reasons of its brain drain, and design the corresponding prevention program to prevent the loss of human resources management, and hope to improve the status of human resources management of China Merchants bank. This paper adopts the method of combining normative analysis and empirical analysis, which involves the theoretical model:human resource loss model and human resource incentive model. The introduction part mainly describes the background and significance of the topic, research object, research methods and research ideas and framework. Through the summary of the relevant human resource management theory, this paper provides a theoretical support for the study. Illustrated by China Merchants Bank, its operating management and the current situation of brain drain are firstly described and introduced. Then, the talent loss status and reasons of the bank are explored. Finally, proposed talent retention strategies from the post promotion, salary incentive, performance evaluation, personnel loss warning, growth training, humanistic concern, corporate culture and other corresponding aspects. On the basis of the above analysis, this paper analyzes the risks and countermeasures of the targeted scheme design. Finally, the basic conclusions of this paper are summarized, pointing out the limitations and shortcomings of this paper.According to the China Merchants Bank as a specific case perspective, this paper proposes some targeted solutions and countermeasures from multiple dimensions, in order to ease China’s joint-stock commercial bank’s current situation of brain drain and provides reference prescription, guide and promote China’s joint-stock commercial bank human resources to a better development direction. |
