In the project management,the importance of brain drain has been widespread in China T emple,attracting the attention of many scholars and experts.The early studies of brain drain m ainly focus on the field of economics,while the economic research is based on the hypothesis of economists.Ignoring the social emotional factors and demands.Since 90 s,with the in-depth study of new institutional economics,organizational sociology and psychology,the brain drain h as gradually become a hot topic in organizational theory and enterprise theory.Due to the nee d of the development of Chinese market,the state-owned construction companies have been res huffled and reorganized.With the coming of the post-high-speed railway era,the high-speed rail way transportation The construction scale of transportation and municipal public facilities is fu rther expanded.The rapid development of the construction industry has led the industry to put forward higher and higher demands on the quantity and quality of talents.The field of projec t management began to change its viewpoint and analyze the problem of brain drain in stateowned construction enterprises and the factors affecting the brain drain.The research on the brain drain of state-owned construction enterprises is still in the stag e of development,which is a little insufficient.This paper takes the staff of state-owned constru ction enterprises as the research object,through the methods of literature research,expert intervi ew,etc.,it will encourage the theory.Combining the theory of organizational commitment with t he theory of human capital,this paper studies the factors that affect the brain drain of state-o wned construction enterprises.Through data collection and analysis of data tables,a series of e mpirical studies are carried out by means of reliability analysis and factor analysis.Through the analysis of sample data,it is found that the factors that affect the brain drai n of state-owned construction enterprises include social environment,individual staff,career deve lopment,job stress,salary,performance,etc.Interpersonal communication factors,and organizational political behavior factors in eight aspects.In view of the general factors affecting the brain drain of state-owned construction comp anies and the specific situation of Company A,the paper puts forward some countermeasures t o reduce the brain drain.One is to establish a good communication mechanism,the other is to establish a salary and welfare mechanism suitable for talents.The third is to establish a scien tific and reasonable performance appraisal mechanism,the fourth is to re-develop human resour ces,the fifth is to further establish a multi-channel promotion system,the sixth is to effectively reduce the work pressure of employees,and the seventh is to reduce the negative impact of organizational political behavior.
