With the progress of the economics and the development of Management Science, the hotel industry is also facing fierce competition in China. And the competition is concentrated in the area of human resources. SHENGLI HOTEL is:invested built by SINOPEC SHENGLI OILFIED, a three star hotel with foreign contacts, The hotel is located in Chaoyang District, Beijing, The hotel is suitable for the reception all kinds of meetings, foreign-related activities, education and training.Along with the competition aggravating, a stern question comes forth to the SHENGLI HOTEL general manager--enterprise’s outstanding talented persons were draining unceasingly. The instability of the talented staff not only influences the enterprise’s regular operation, but also increases the hotel cost in using person and even affects the enterprise the following development seriously. Therefore, in order to reverse the situation, the SHENGLI HOTEL must propose and carry out a series of response options.According to the SHENGLI HOTEL brain drain present situation, the research takes the SHENGLI HOTEL present human resource policy> the management system and the staffs degree of satis-faction as the object of study, utilizing the management science、the human resource development and the management theory, analyzes the question of the SHENGLI HOTE human resource development and the management、 the brain drain reason as well as the adverse effect to SHENGLI HOTEL, proposes the measures to deal with the SHENGLI HOTEL’S present situation, and explores the management way in optimizing the talented person. The research result has universal significance for other labor-intensive and the emotion-intensive corporations in preventing the brain drain.
