Performance appraisal is a key link in the process of human resource management,and is the inevitable requirement of establishing modern enterprise system.Press is the important force to promote the development of social economy era.The editorial staff ability is the core competencies of the press.How to press editorial staff performance appraisal is an important task to enterprise human resource management.Based on the theory of performance evaluation,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the performance evaluation system of LK press,analyzes the main problems existing in the performance evaluation system of LK,and analyzes the main causes of LK,and puts forward the three levels:the appraisal of the director of the book center,the appraisal of the director of the editorial office and the appraisal of the editor.At the same time,from three aspects,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures of the performance evaluation of the editor of the LK press.The LK press editorial staff performance appraisal system for the optimization design,the editorial staff of the assessment can be divided into three levels:For books,director of the center for examination,evaluation of newsroom director and the appraisal of editing;Assessment is divided into three dimensions:the workload assessment,examination and assessment of the status of the management ability,and finally form the three performance appraisal rating scale.At the same time,the work for LK press editorial staff performance appraisal can go smoothly,feasibility,strong security measures are put forward.Through the study of this article,hoping to boom in the cultural development of the new market environment of LK press optimal performance appraisal of key link,and the promotion of the competitiveness of the press to promote the sustainable development of publishing house.
