In the modern society,TV media as a "window" of government work and learning platform for the life of mass entertainment and recreation,have families,profoundly affects people's information involved and entertainment life.High quality TV programs need a group of employees with high performance,employee performance management as an important content of human resource management,is the key to improve employee performance,is adopted by more and more TV media units.In order to further improve the work performance of the editorial staff,a comprehensive,scientific and feasible staff performance appraisal system for S media company was designed.Based on t S media company as the research object,analysis of the company S editorial personnel problems existing in the current performance appraisal,based on perfect performance appraisal theory S media companies adopting the staff performance appraisal system,and implementation of security measures are put forward.Firstly,based on the general situation of the development of S media company and the characteristics of the staff's work,the performance appraisal of the staff is analyzed.Secondly,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of the existing staff performance appraisal system through questionnaire survey.Again,clear media company S editorial personnel performance appraisal system the basic train of thought,actually right KPI index of the editorial staff performance appraisal,and based on AHP,weights of indicators for evaluation standard set of assessment index,and set the inspection cycle and the use of the assessment results.Finally,Suggestions to consummate the S editorial staff performance appraisal system of protection measures,in order to can further improve S media company editorial staff performance appraisal system design,improving editorial staffs work enthusiasm and create more value.
