The performance appraisal is an advanced employee evaluation system to assessand measure the behavior and the effectiveness of the work of the employees throughthe methods and principles of the system of all-round management is an importantmeasure. NET collegestaff appraisal system design and implementation.The purpose of this paper is based college staff evaluation system developed as aplatform for the premise, combined with some colleges and universities unit specificapplication fully integrated into the evaluation of theoretical models, the appraisal datastatistical analysis and evaluation of records management work done through thecomputer and network technology, so as to establishscientific, reasonable, easy-to-staffappraisal management system, in order to achieve the college staff evaluation,standardization, dynamic, standardization, network management, save manpower andresources at the same time, promote the building of professional ethics of the universitystaff and raising the level of the overall management ofultimately to achieve highquality and efficient completion of the staff appraisal. Technically will be a three-tierarchitecture based on B/S model for the design concept, using C#, SQL Server,Javascript, ASP.NET and other mainstream of today’s mature development tools for theimplementation of the software features.
