The electric power system reform is deepening, soon the electricity market will open up, this is one of the major reform measures in recent years, and continue to be mentioned around the country. Every reform is an opportunity, but also a challenge for power supply companies, how to achieve self-breakthrough is the problem that must be faced in the reform.Marketization means competition, State Grid Xinxiang power supply company almost never faced of the competition, so prepare ahead, accurately seize the opportunity and quickly implemented, is the insurance of seizing the market after the reform of electric power system. Firstly, this article introduces the company's general situation and service marketing environment, and analyzes the main advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Xinxiang power supply company in the current environment through SWOT analysis. Then from the State Grid Xinxiang power supply company's actual power marketing work practice, and the low level of the power supply reliability, power outage time, personalized service, repair time, service channel types, promotional efforts, staff attitude, service time, service environment and other projects. Find out the problems of service marketing in State Grid Xinxiang power supply company is including product quality is not up to standard, power price policy implementation is poor, the service process flow is not smooth, the promotion effect is not good, service personnel enthusiasm is not high, as well as service environment is not comfortable and so on. Combined with the literature analysis, the comprehensive analysis of the knowledge and theory obtained by collecting and arranging from various channels, results the main reasons of the problems are the construction of the power grid is poor, the service process system is not perfect, the electricity price policy is not implemented in all direction, the lack of effective marketing tools, employee management is not good, lack of personality of the business hall, and other aspects.On this basis of the results of the research, combined with the theory of service marketing, the strategies of solving these problems are including improving the power quality of the users, strengthening the price management, improving the marketing mode, optimizing the process management, improving the management mode of the employee. These strategies are based on the experience of work experience, combined with relevant theoretical knowledge, hoping to offer some help for State Grid Xinxiang power supply company to improve its service levels. And also hoping to be able to play a certain reference value in other power supply companies to improve service levels.
