In the social environment advocating energy saving and emission reduction,electric energy as an indispensable energy for the development of the society and people's lives,the proportion of terminal consumption increased year by year.People's production and life of electricity dependence is higher and higher,it can be said that the economy is driven by "electricity","electricity" is necessary for our life.As a large power supply enterprise directly under the central government,the state grid corporation is responsible for the power supply service tasks in most parts of the country,accounting for 88 % of the country's power supply area.Its operation quality and service level directly affect our production and life.Based on the research of rural power customer satisfaction of the state grid corporation Baicheng power supply company as the research object,this paper analyzes the internal management status of Baicheng power supply company of the state grid corporation from the customer demand,and studies the present situation,composition and service content of rural power customer satisfaction of Baicheng power supply company in Jilin province from the aspects of power production status,classification and pricing,organization,service mode,service content,etc.Through the form of market research,combined with marketing,customer satisfaction research and other theories,find out the root causes of affecting customer satisfaction and put forward feasible,practical and highly operational improvement strategies and suggestions for enterprises.The main idea of this paper is to find out what problems exist in the state grid Baicheng power supply company's rural power customer satisfaction,targeted analysis,and put forward improvement strategies and suggestions.Firstly,the key factors of Baicheng company's development and the performance of customer satisfaction from 2012 to 2017 are analyzed,and the theoretical models of customer satisfaction and power marketing are collected,Based on the theory,combined with the data and statistical results obtained from the previous research on the customer satisfaction of Baicheng power supply company of the state grid corporation,this paper designs the marketing improvement scheme for the rural power customer satisfaction of Baicheng power supply company of the state grid corporation,and puts forward the opinions and suggestions for improving the rural power customer satisfaction of Baicheng power supply company of the state grid corporation.In this paper,from the scientific and systematic point of view,the method and marketing strategy of improving the rural power customer satisfaction of Baicheng power supply company of the state grid corporation are studied,and the reference opinions are provided for the power supply service work of Baicheng power supply company of the state grid corporation.
