With the rapid development of national economy and the further improvement of the domestic electric power reform,electricity market gradually transforms from the seller's market to the buyer's market.In face of this situation,power marketing requires a higher level of management.According to the characteristics of power marketing,the power supply company in Tianjin Free Trade Zone needs to know the current situation of power marketing,adjust management mode,set up the methods and the ideas of power marketing which are suitable for market competition system.This research is based on marketing theory,researching the marketing situation of Tianjin free trade zone,systematically Analyzing the problems in the marketing of power products,such as management stagnation in demand side,limited means of marketing,inconspicuous exploiting effectiveness of market,backward idea of power marketing,and weak service awareness,determining the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats in marketing business,and making target customers and their needs clear.For the existing problem in marketing,this paper puts forward the marketing strategy of power supply in Tianjin Free Trade Zone and 360 panoramic high-end power supply service system,building marketing business monitoring platform of Tianjin electric power company,which makes marketing business information as the core,integrates marketing business application system and electricity information collection system,applies the breakthrough results,and intuitively and accurately monitors all business data in real time through the five modules.Moreover,this paper has set up the quick multi-major responding system of marketing business,improving the management level effectively.According to research the power marketing and monitoring management system of electric power supply company in Tianjin Free Trade Zone,this paper hopes to set up the appropriate power marketing strategy,and builds the monitoring platform of marketing business,providing support to formulate marketing plan.
