Since the 21 st century, with a reliable self-healing, flexible, interactive, high quality and efficient smart grid emerged. In this context, the traditional power of marketing has been challenged, and how the Jinan power supply company should develop marketing strategies, how to generate new development to meet the needs of the new situation has become an important research issues that must be resolved.This paper describes the background and significance of the study, research status, research ideas and methods, as the theoretical basis of the entire article;Secondly, according to the national grid electricity supply companies marketing ideas, needs and the impact of the smart grid electric power marketing environment to analyze and study multiple perspectives;Then, through the SWOT matrix-depth analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the Jinan power supply company marketing services, core competencies and threats.And the proposed implementation of power marketing service strategy to protect from system management, efficient management and personnel management of the three aspects of the reform and development direction of Jinan power supply company marketing service strategy provides a reference.From the perspective of smart grid environment to study the power of marketing service strategy, innovative perspective on the study; analysis of power by influencing the demand for Jinan power supply company as well as marketing, smart grid environment is proposed under the Jinan power supply company’s service strategy of marketing security conditions and its implementation, on the practical application of innovative.
