Currently,China is in the process of further developing its nationwide electricity system.The construction of an electric power trading system contributes to the adjustment of energy structures and the reasonable utilization of resources,especially with regard to the use of clean energy in the country.Not only can this improve the environment but it can also promote economic development.Therefore,under the macro background of China's electricity reform,the Member System of Electricity Trading Market can be developed and the users involved in the transaction can be managed in a more uniform way.It is significant in theory and valuable.This thesis presents the design and implementation of the member system of electricity trading market.This involves the use of Eclipse as a development tool,employing C/S architecture and utilizing Weblogic as the middleware.Oracle will be employed as the database management software with Zoo Keeper being used to realize the system cache optimization.The system supply bureaus for power generation enterprises,power users,power companies,trading centers and provincial power.The core functions of the system include application process management and control,attribute configuration,data management and system cache optimization.This system realizes user application process management and configuration and the corresponding additional attribute information management and configuration.Also,on the basis of the market operating in different environments,the maintenance of proper documentation is employed in order to ensure data integrity.By optimizing the caching of underlying data,better protections will be provided for transactions and settlements.Flexible process control and multi-dimensional attribute configuration enable users to respond positively to policy changes in all process segments,and ensure that users participate in the standardization of all aspects of power transactions and the integrity of user data.The development of this system after the test has been delivered to a provincial electricity trading center has received overwhelmingly positive feedback.Enterprises can ensure access to all kinds of users involved in the transaction and exit application audit management at the same time by means of corresponding new jacquard information,thereby ensuring the integrity of the relevant transaction data.
