Design And Implementation Of Integrated Telecommunications Service System Configuration

With the development of the telecommunication industry,Service Fulfillment System for telecommunications operators is very important to improve competitiveness.Complex business operations,frequent changes requirement of processes and documents,consequently,we suggest to realize process customizations and document configuration to resolve these issues.This thesis describes Services Flow Customization Platform(SFCP)that is the part of a new generation of Service Fulfillment System,based on workflow.SFCP provides efficient and convenient operating environment to achieve the flow configuration and order configuration.In this thesis,the SFCP was designed and implemented through the analysis and study on the current development situation of Service Fulfillment System in Business Operation Support System of China Mobile.The SFCP is mainly based on jBPM(Java Business Process Management),to realization of a graphical of the platform.The platform can be based on graphical drag realize the process definition and analysis of process elements into the jBPM engine to identify the BPEL(Business Process Execution Language).This thesis describes the overall design and module composition of SFP and then some important modules including space management,customer management,process management and service order management.SFCP is easy to use,and has a friendly interface.The platform is running on the Service Fulfillment System,and has achieved high praise.
