Human resource is one of the company's core resources,the quality of human resources is an important part of the company's core competitiveness,performance management is an important driving force to ensure employees enthusiasm and creativity,and performance pay is the most important form of performance management,a set of scientific salary system will help enterprises to reduce personnel the loss and reduce internal conflicts,enterprises enhance the cohesion of enterprises,improve the comprehensive quality of employees,promote the company's sustainable development.This paper first introduces the related theories of compensation and performance pay,and analyzes the influencing factors of performance pay.On this basis,the performance management status of Zigong Mobile Corporation is analyzed,and advanced performance management theory is used to formulate and optimize the company performance pay management system.This system takes the business process as the classification and standardization of all the main line of work,and according to the type of business,weight,cost efficiency and other factors of scientific design performance indicators,in the calculation of performance,considering the various dimensions of business(social influence and social relevant industry standards,the contribution rate of remuneration and profits consumption ratio)and to develop the scientific performance calculation method,the performance of business data integrity,ensure the performance salary is correct,fair and open.Secondly,using mature information technology,using Microsoft's technical framework and tools(ASP.Net,EF,MVC,SQLServer and so on)to carry out informatization construction of Zigong mobile performance management system.The analysis,design,construction and maintenance of Zigong mobile performance management system,the software will be Zigong mobile in the process of performance management of all business processes,information and automation and standardization,and implement the project as a carrier,team work,overall performance management ideas of efficiency in the project during the operation,greatly reduce operating costs,and improve the efficiency of company operations.With the informatization of performance pay,the performance compensation management system is realized,which matches the incentive mechanism such as salary,income,social welfare,training,study and promotion.Finally,the main conclusions of the study are summarized,including the inadequacy of expenditure and future research directions.
