Design And Implementation Of Performance Management For Local Tax System Based On The LAMP

With the development of social economy,increasing the complexity of the work tasks,and the size of the team is growing,it makes the ability of team work requires high constantly.Therefore,how to maximize team work efficiency has become the most popular topic in the modern enterprise management.As investigate employee work status of performance management system also arises at the historic moment,in the early 20 s and 30 s performance system has been used in the enterprise human resources management,and after seventies of the 20 th century gradually form a relatively complete system structure.In recent years,more and more local tax department managers also realized the importance of performance management,and also spent considerable time and energy to study and to try.Meanwhile developing rapidly in recent years computer science,information science and management science has increasingly penetration and promote each other,so to computer application is complementary,used to improve the level of management as the goal of management system,especially focus on the tax related to the performance management system also appeared.This paper mainly introduces a LAMP based local tax performance management system design and implementation process.Software design and development process based on the principles of the development of software engineering,which contains the software requirements analysis,system design,implementation,to the deployment test a set of processes.This paper contains a lot of contents.First,project feasibility demonstration analysis on the performance management system,through the research of the current tax system performance way to summarize the functional requirements of the user.This system based on the present mainstream Linux system platform,system development using PHP language using B/S structure mode to carry on the design,system background database using the My SQL database.The function of performance management of local tax system mainly includes five modules: performance plan,complete audit,assessment score,system management and the analysis of the related query functions.In the fourth chapter of this article,text and related software design system of the performance of various modules of the design process to compare the details.The last part of this article mainly introduces the system after the completion of the deployment of the test results and analysis,through the system test validation to ensure the early stage of the implementation of the completion of this system software to determine the functional requirements,and in the performance and other related aspects meet user requirements,and relevant test results and analysis are given.This system improves the management level of the local tax authorities for the research and development design,through the practical application of feedback in performance management in the project to improve the working efficiency,performance plan released from provided to employees,to the performance evaluation can be fixed by the same score a set of process system interactive page is completed,use convenient and simple.And solved the problem of the previous performance appraisal time-consuming,the assessment results at the end of the assessment can be carried out immediately after the query.Due to time this system testing work there may be insufficient,no in time to some potential vulnerabilities,found that the system can find hope in the later use process more loopholes and will be resolved in a timely manner,in order to improve system stability and completeness.
