Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of information technology, and constantly improve the market economy system. With the rapid changes in the competitive market environment and increasingly fierce, in the final analysis, talent competition is the essence of business to compete in the market. Faced with this extremely competitive market environment incentives, development of human resources is the key to meeting this challenge. Respond to market challenges, how to establish performance appraisal management system, especially effective to retain talent, use of personnel, the full potential of talent, is the key to an enterprise can flourish.Based on the Performance Evaluation project management, research and development as a background BW Group performance appraisal management information system. Demand obtained through research analysis reports, analysis and classification system use cases, prepare detailed requirements document. Meet the actual needs on the basis of the three-layer structure can be based on performance appraisal WEB management system for design, characteristics of the three-tier structure of architecture is the separation of business logic portion and a partially through the application server and client layer can be realized, in order to ensure that the data exchange between heterogeneous platforms to achieve, and system-related program or through middleware to achieve efficient information communication between the database server and application server as well as client and application server. Design System software is the main task of this project does not involve the design of the hardware.
