The county level power supply company,as a grass-roots unit of the power company,shoulders the whole county's power supply quality management and power supply service.The day-to-day work of county level power supply companies covers many aspects,such as overhaul,daily inspection,electricity installation,emergency repair,electricity service,and many other aspects.Because the daily work of the county power supply company is complicated,the task is many,there are many kinds of work and the number of staff is more.How to carry out the performance management scientifically and promote the joint development of employees and enterprises through performance assessment means,how to keep them active in work and how to work through the work A fair and impartial performance appraisal method is adopted to achieve the goal.Therefore,it is urgent to find a powerful way to solve this problem.This paper first analyzes the present situation of the performance management of the county power supply company,and proposes to combine the characteristics of the county power supply company and establish a set of management system to achieve the scientific and transparent performance management.Secondly,the performance management methods at home and abroad are expounded,and the methods of performance management at home and abroad are expounded.This paper mainly adopts the key performance index method;again,the paper analyzes the business needs of building the performance management of the county power supply enterprises.The main functions of this system are assessment relationship,assessment scheme,index management,task management,organization contract signing,organization assessment,staff assessment and so on.The detailed design and function realization of the system are carried out in the development process.Finally,a series of tests were carried out on the system according to the software testing methods and requirements.In this paper,based on the practice of computing software and software engineering,combined with the actual business of performance management and the concept of enterprise management,the system adopts the mature computer software technology and database technology,based on the B/S model and the ASP.NET development language to build the system.In the design,the MVC idea is used to protect the system.The certificate system is highly maintainable and extensible.This system has realized the all-round management of the performance appraisal of power supply enterprises,covering annual examination,quarterly examination and monthly examination.Through the practical application of this system,the whole process of performance evaluation of the power supply company is standardized,and the data of performance appraisal can be checked up and organized to be fair and fair,so that the performance management level of the enterprise is greatly improved.
