The HUAIHAI Bank’s business performance information management system presented in this thesis is a dynamic business operation indicators assessment system which based on primary operations and faces to senior managers. As an important support tool for the bank’s fine management, performance value management system, together with the new performance accounting system, builds an integral platform to provide strong support to competition oriented decisionsThis thesis discusses the system’s software demand analysis, design, programming implementation and testing. First, it describes the big scale data analysis technology in modern financial information area related to the software developing. In demand analysis part, it discusses this performance value management system’s main function needs and user case modules, and gives system developing principal and function basis for software design. In system design part, it systematically discusses the software’s design scenarios, including software general design, database design and main modules’data processing flow. It also further discusses the software’s programming implementation in the sequel. The software functional test tasks and contents with examples are described from both individual and comprehensive aspects.HUAIHAI Bank’s performance information management system is programmed by Java and J2EE technical frame, uses DB2 relational database as its database platform. It has been finished with module testing and comes into trial running phases. Primary trial running shows that the system can meet users’anticipated target and reaches its developing goal. In the sequel it will be enhanced with special subject analytical functions particularly in asset risk and fluidity evaluation aspects to provide more complete and fine information support to the financial institute’s business operational requirements.
