As we all know,with the rapid development of science and technology to modern computer technology,network technology-based kinds of new technology has penetrated into every aspect of our working life,of course,for an enterprise is no exception,and some companies have begun to sensitive actively adjust their business strategy and direction of development,speed up transformation and upgrading,take the initiative to adapt to the new normal,formulate their own development to meet the requirements of the "Internet +" action plan to promote yourself a new transformation.The modern enterprise is no longer a mere human to fight,fight scale,to fight the resources of the time,but who faster and more control of the market information,who can better organization of human resources,who will grasp the initiative in the market.Therefore,the use of modern computer technology to develop a Human Resource Management System(HR),enterprise management the most expensive resource-human resources,is an indispensable business units.For a long time the unit where students have been using the traditional manual method of managing personnel files,with the popularization of science and technology,is now gradually began to use computer equipment to deal with some of the text,something the table,but the management there are still many shortcomings,efficiency poor,poor confidentiality,high redundancy.With the rapid development in recent years,the business unit,unit personnel records management work gradually standardized.Especially in recent years,the unit began recruiting staff for the community,as well as units of employees' frequent job rotation,regular work produced a large number of personnel files of data,which gives the unit HR department search,update and maintain employee personnel files bring information many difficulties.Thanks to the development of modern information technology,instead of manual operation of computer equipment to manage maintenance personnel archival work has become a new trend of development,and the use of computer personnel file management,has many advantages can not be achieved manually.For example: query retrieves quickly and with high accuracy,data storage volume increases,improved confidentiality,and other management costs.This paper aims at the unit where the student background,based on a careful analysis of the application requirements,the integrated application SQL server 2008 database language,JSP language to develop a human resources management system,aimed at achieving Human Resource Management mode conversion,per unit of human resource management refinement,automation,provide a good platform for the unit to improve the utilization of human resources and build a talent pool.The development of this paper mainly include the establishment and development of back-end database that stores information to provide operational interface front-end application,the function module of the system consists mainly of additions,query,modify and delete.The development of the student's own system is mainly to complete the employee's personnel files and other information management system using B / S mode as the architecture,using Java language as a front-end system development language,using SQL Server 2008 as database development language,the content according to the system development process and progress of the writing,the paper elaborated the whole system development process,including problem definition,feasibility studies,requirements analysis,system design,system testing and so on.
