With the reform and development of colleges and universities, puts forward higher requirements for labor management in universities, the use of information management platform, the establishment of a set of personnel management, performance appraisal, salary management as a whole, labor management system and integration of personnel archives, teaching, research, office system is a basic work in Colleges and universities, but also the realization of university human resources management, reasonable an important means to improve the scientific decision-making. At the same time, more efficient database, the performance of computer and network continues to improve, management system become more and more powerful, information systems development methods and tools providing the technical support for the university’s labor management information, give full play to the modern information technology means, to establish and perfect the technology with strong support of university’s labor management system, labor management of university is feasible in technology and economy.University’s labor management system is a typical management information system, its development work mainly includes the establishment and maintenance of backstage database, and the front desk application program development etc. Among them, the backstage database requirements to ensure consistency, integrality and security of data, and the application foreground is required to ensure the system procedure function is complete, easy to use and simple to operation.In this paper, aiming at the actuality of College present labor management system and the actual situation of colleges and universities, labor management system is designed and developed further. The system combines the work contents and characteristics of college labor management, pay attention to the remote invocation and low maintenance of the customer, in full consideration of the interactivity of the system, under the principle of simplicity, visualization, providing labor data aided analysis is accurate, timely, full and university teachers management departments and competent leadership, improve personnel in Colleges and universities labor management efficiency, reliability, timeliness, enhance the level of in for mat ionization of management.This paper firstly introduces the information development based on the JSP technology, MVC architecture, B/S model and other related technical knowledge, structured developing method using the information system to systematically analyze the labor management system, including feasibility analysis, the user needs analysis, case analysis and system function requirement analysis, and on this basis, a detailed system the function module design and database design, discusses the implementation method of the realization of database system and the main function and the related test selection, system development platform Windows SQL Server 2008 database management system based on JSP technology, using Servlet technology and JaveBean technology, the development of B/S structure of the practical, efficient staff basic information management subsystem, allocation of personnel management subsystem, performance appraisal management subsystem, pay insurance benefits management subsystem, staff recruitment management subsystem of the labor management system, and has carried on the system test.
