The Analysis And Design Of Human Resource Management System Of School Of Continuing Education In Jiamusi University

HRMS is a system used to improve the mode of human resource management and human resource management level. The design of HRMS in this thesis is on the basis of a details study of Business Process in the school of continuing education of JiaMusi University. The purpose of designing this system is for information sharing and improvement of work efficiencyThe system includes Departments management, information management of personnel, attendance management, Salary Welfare Management, Management of Social Security, Recruitment Management, contract management, statistical management, system management and help system. it can meet the basic needs of the human resource management. The thesis gives a detailed explaination of the analysis, development and design of this system.With the college campus net as a platform, employing Object Oriented Analysis and Design, this system is developed on the basis of a C/S and B/S mix mode. The modeling of the human resource management is constructed by untilizing standard UML. The system has complete functions, its process flexible and the user interface intuitive.
