State Grid Corporation of China’s largest power management unit is the world’ s largest power management unit,its human resources to rea ch more than one m illion,is the largest in the world.How to manage their workforce,how to give full play to each of the human resources for maximum effectiveness,the management of large enterprises each have problems, but also was the m ain topic of human resource management,the use of lar ge-scale networks, the use of la rge databases,the use of supercom puters management, is already a m ajor trend today,how to make a computer to manage these human resources, and how problems in a unifi ed and distribution management, has not been well addressed.However,with the developm ent of the development of com puter and network technology, database technology,more and more companies,businesses and individuals use to develop their own hum an resources management system, its main purpose is to facilitate people management, access to its human resources.This paper combines the national grid company’s specific circumstances,the use of human resource management theory stepwise m anagement approach,the study of hum an resource m anagement systems.According to vari ous attributes personnel,ac cording to the dif ferent characteristics of people,combined with the actua l situation of the national grid company,so people-oriented.The main func tions of the hum an resources management system proposed in this paper are: departmental organization structure management,staff management,payroll management, attendance m anagement, recruitment management, training m anagement, and perfor mance management.The system data relating to the S tate Grid Corporation of human resources first unified,in segments,and then a unified and flexible management, data sharing,the S tate Grid Corporation of China to solve the previous data fragmentation and duplication of data and other issues,and effectively reduces the the company’s costs and improve efficiency.
