Due to the advent of digital news on the Internet, the volume of unexpected events has been continuously amplified, making every major emergency event cause extensive discussion and negotiation among Internet users on social media. The Negotiating dialogue is a concrete practice of dialogue theory in the field of journalism. It considers negotiation as a type of dialogue.Under the guidance of the dialogue concept,we can understand today's journalism. This article through qualitative research and quantitative research methods, using case study methods, content analysis and text analysis of Ctrip Parenting Park Child Abuse,"Red Yellow and Blue Kindergarten Child Abuse" cases,to explore the negotiation of the microblogging platform dialogue The degree and its effect, and trying to find the influencing factors.Through the analysis of the influence of the dialogue subjects of the two cases, the richness and interactivity of the information of the dialogue objects, and the effect of the dialogue,it was found that the level of negotiation between the two was significantly different, including the case of "Ctrip Children's Children's Park Child Abuse".There has been an apparently negotiated dialogue, and the consultation dialogue in the "Red,Yellow and Blue Kindergarten Child Abuse" has not been obvious, and even the phenomenon of group polarization has occurred. This article compares and analyzes two cases and finds that there are four main reasons leading to the difference between the two.The first is the main body of dialogue,in which the setting of the agenda of mainstream media and the leading role of market-oriented media in the construction of the framework have all contributed to the occurrence and effect of the consultative dialogue. The disparity in the influence of the dialogue subject has hampered the occurrence of the consultative dialogue. Its effect. At the same time, entertainment opinion leaders inspire users to be irrational through emotional guidance, and some of the dialogue subjects do not have high awareness of negotiation, which hinders the occurrence and effect of the negotiation dialogue.Secondly, the dialogue object also influences the negotiation of the dialogue and its effect. The richness of information in the dialogue object, the interaction of the dialogue object, and the continuity of the same dialogue theme lead to the phenomenon of Lenovo's superposition effect and the group polarization that the criminal case tends to trigger. Then, the external environmental factors also need to be taken into account. From a macro perspective, the information asymmetry under the network environment and the complex and changeable political culture of the Internet will have a great impact on the consultative dialogue. At the same time, the risk society in the Internet era will lead to middle production. The intense anxiety of the class can easily cause class anxiety and thus affect the negotiation and discussion among various groups. From the micro perspective, the transparency of the dialogue process and the independence of the dialogue relationship are also factors to be considered. Finally, the Micro Blog platform itself will also affect the level of negotiation and effectiveness of the dialogue. In the event of an emergency,Micro Blog will play its role in the public sphere and promote dialogue and negotiation among all parties involved in the dialogue. This is because the Micro Blog platform itself has negotiated the major elements, and the multi-level communication model of the Weibo platform also promotes. The occurrence of the negotiation. The imperfections of the rumors of the Micro Blog platform and the tendencies of the Micro Blog platform managers all lead to the obstruction of the consultative dialogue on Micro Blog.
