Research On Guidance Of Micro-blog Public Opinion Based On Synergey Theory

This paper stands in the angle of cross disciplinary, put collaborative theory, system theory, chaos theory, dissipative structure theory and the game theory as the theoretical support, mainly adopts collaborative theory from the perspective of Synergetics to research Micro-blogging opinion and the Guidance of Micro-blogging opinion. According to the division of public opinion by Li liang-rong, including main body, object, ontology, carrier, the author regard micro-blog public opinion system as a system which has the characteristics of typical complex system with the organic combination of main body, object, ontology, carrier of public opinion of micro-blog. The main body of micro-blog public opinion system has various elements including ordinary users, opinion leader, government, the media, and other organizations. The Micro-blog public opinion system has the typical characteristics of synergetics and this system is a frontier where all subjects are compete for the right of speak, at the same time also fulfill with mutual cooperation between them, to promote the system to orderly structure of dynamic balance. As a dynamic and open complex system with the typical characteristics of synergetics, the subsystem and the element have synergistic effects of mutual competition and cooperation in micro-blog public opinion systemOn the basis of sorting out the key concept and principle of synergitics, synergitic effect and synergy theory, and analyzing the structure of micro-blog public opinion system,the structure of main body system, This paper analyzing the micro and macro coordination mechanism of micro-blog public opinion system. The micro level refers to self organization effect including the gather of users, users’ opinion aggregation, users’ action aggregation. The macro level refers to the butterfly effect of public opinion of micro-blog: when the small sensitive information appears in the Micro-blog, users constantly refine and process the information and with fission dissemination of information, the formation of public opinion shock wave of micro-blog which has come into being uncertainty, results in strong social effect. The butterfly effect of Micro-blog public opinion include four characters about the initial value’s sensitivity; chaos of propagation; coordination of the individual opinion; the uncertainty of public opinion shock wave of micro-blog, which just reveals the generation and propagation path of micro-blog public opinion, and its powerful influential. Thus, the coordination mechanism throughout the whole micro-blog public opinion system and the most obvious manifestation is the formation of public opinion of micro-blog based on the synergetic effect of mutual competition and cooperation of main body in public opinion system of micro-blog. Even so, there still have opinion against and cooperation shortage of elements which making the views was dispersed, and the chaotic motion of public opinion of micro-blog was increased, resulting in increased internal friction of public opinion system of micro-blog which weaken the energy of public opinion of micro-blog. In view of this, on the basis of benign operation micro-blog public opinion system, this article discusses micro-blog users’ collaborative demands, collaborative advantages, collaborative principles, and corresponding collaborative guidance strategies of micro-blog public opinion.
