The Research On The Micro-Blob Communication In The Public Emergencies

Recent years, with the continuous development of internet and communication technologies, micro-blog has become an important tool to release and spread information. Especially at present times, some deep—rooted problems begin to explode as our country’s economic reform deepens. Micro-blog is playing a vital role during this process:it has witnessed some public emergencies, got involved with and even helped solve these problems. To some extent, the development of micro-blog is exerting influence on the progress and resolution of domestic public emergencies.However, we shall also see objectively that besides the positive side, there certainly exitsnegative side of micro-blog which is harmful to the resolution of some incidents and social progress. So it is of realistic meaning to correctively make use of micro—blog to serve the audiences, society and our country, which is also the starting point and objective of this study.This paper mainly focuses on three points:first, the function and role of micro-blog communication in the public emergencies; second, the comparison between micro--blog communication and traditional media communication in the public emergencies; third, an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages and the relevant policies of micro—blog in the public emergencies. The first chapter is mainly about the background, object and method of this study. In the literature review, the author summarized the current studies and the results about the micro—blog communication and public emergencies. In the second chapter, taking the Wenzhou high—speed train accidentas an example, the author reviewed the whole process of the involvement of micro—blog, and explained its role during the whole process. In the third chapter, based on the objective situation of public emergencies, this paper made a horizontal comparison between micro—blog communication and traditional media communication, and the conflict and integration between them. The fourth chapter is the main manifestation of this paperwhich points out the advantages, disadvantages and the relevant policies in the public emergencies. The fifth chapter is the conclusion part which summarized the whole paper, pointed out the innovation points, the limitations and the future study direction.
