A Study On The Report Of Public Health Emergencies From The Perspective Of Dialogue Theory

In early 2020,novel coronavirus pneumonia was suddenly reported in New Coronavirus.As a public health emergency with the fastest transmission speed,the highest difficulty in prevention and control,the largest number of people affected and the most time-consuming after the founding of new China,the party and the state attach great importance to it and make detailed and careful deployment in a short time.At the same time,all sectors of society also responded in a timely manner and took positive actions to jointly start the battle of epidemic prevention and control.Different from other social organizations,in the face of the sudden epidemic,the media,especially the mainstream media,need to think more: in today's increasingly socialized and digital communication content and mode,how to convey the most authoritative epidemic information and record the most real anti epidemic story for the audience through news reports?Through observation,I novel coronavirus pneumonia has been reported since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia.No matter the mainstream media headed by Xinhua news agency,or the commercial media represented by Fenghuang and pengpai,they all try to tell the epidemic story for the audience through the way of "multiple voices,common dialogue".Novel coronavirus pneumonia is the main research object of this study.Based on Bakhtin's dialogue theory and the related knowledge of narratology,the report of public health emergencies is taken as the research object.The case of Xinhua public We Chat's official account of the new crown pneumonia epidemic is selected as a case.The following questions are emphatically explored: first,the news related to the media especially the mainstream media in major public health emergencies.How does the report construct "dialogism" at the macro level? Secondly,how does the media,especially the mainstream media,construct the "dialogue relationship" in the medium level in major public health emergencies? Thirdly,how does the media,especially the mainstream media,construct the "dialogue path" at the micro level in major public health emergencies?The official account of novel coronavirus pneumonia in the Xinhua News Agency We Chat public showed three ways of "dialogic" construction: striving for the carnival dialogue in the "free exchange" way of dialogue,displaying the polyphonic dialogues in the interactive chorus form and presenting the super language dialogues of the "full tension" discourse field.The three ways cooperate with each other to construct the "dialogism" of public health emergency reporting from the macro level.Secondly,novel coronavirus pneumonia news reports from Xinhua News Agency on the meso level work together from dialogue participants,dialogue forms,dialogue thinking,dialogue space,and dialogue purposes to construct a "dialogue relationship" of public health emergencies.Among them,the dialogue participants show the characteristics of multiple subjects and joint participation;the dialogue form shows the characteristics of multiple opinions and open expression;the dialogue thinking shows the characteristics of respecting differences and mutual understanding;the dialogue space shows the characteristics of free and open,multi-party participation;the purpose of dialogue is beyond the general sense of interpersonal communication and mass communication,mostly for self discovery And meaning.Finally,at the micro level,the "dialogue strategies" of the mainstream media for public health emergencies mainly include: presenting the dialogue theme of "authoritative and credible" and "vivid and touching",showing the dialogue process of "tortuous and moving" and "ups and downs",highlighting the dialogue subject of "distinctive personality" and "delicate emotion",and conveying the dialogue theme of "authentic and credible" and "concise and clear" Dialogue content.
