Research On Software R&D Schedule Management Based On Wireless Graph Transmission Project

In the middle of the last century,a series of project schedule management methods,such as critical path method and plan evaluation technology,were widely used in the aerospace and military fields of the United states.The successful application of these methods ensured the smooth development of the project,shortened the project cycle,and won widespread praise in the industry.Since then,with the continuous development of social economy and technology,all kinds of projects of the increasingly large scale,more and more industries introduced project schedule management method,these methods in the protection of the smooth implementation of projects has played an irreplaceable role.This paper takes the schedule management of software research and development as the research object.The first two chapters introduce the research object,significance,basic concept and common methods of project schedule management.In the third chapter,we take wireless graph transmission project as an example,aiming at the common problems of our team and the current domestic small and medium-sized software R&D team in the software development project schedule management.The main problems are:the division of responsibilities of the members is not clear,the awareness of schedule management is not enough;the estimation of the duration of the project is not accurate;the estimation of the project resources is insufficient;the lack of demand change estimation and so on.By analyzing the deficiencies of existing projects,in the fourth chapter of the progress of the project management to improve the project members,clear responsibilities,eliminate the "click-ball" phenomenon;using pert and critical chain project management combined with the improvement of the project schedule planning;improve the reporting system and project the demand change mechanism to realize the optimization of the project schedule control method;increase the humanized management contents such as regular team training,held dinner and other activities to enhance the team atmosphere,stimulate the morale of members at.The author of this paper through the combination of theoretical research and practice,based on the current management team,through a series of improvement and optimization,has formed a set of project schedule management software development project,has a certain reference value on how to improve the management level of small and medium-sized software development team.
