The Research On Project Schedule Management Of Internet Software Project Of Z Company

With the development of the Internet economy,the Internet industry is also taking off rapidly.In order to adapt to the diversified business modes,Internet companies considers strengthening their construction of platform systems.The characteristics of Internet projects are their requirements of rapid launch and rapid iteration to provide support for the efficient operation of the business.To this end,Internet software companies are also actively improving the level of project management by introducing a series of project management processes and networked tools.Z company is one of the leading domestic companies that provides residential products and life services.It provides online purchase and reservation of life service products in first-tier cities across the country,ranking first in the long-term rental market and life services.Recently,in order to adapt to changes in the life service industry,Z company needs to build a brand-new home service platform as a service provider to undertake user needs and efficiently connect.Besides,it tries to adjust business strategies and carry out platform integration of life service products.In order to better implement the rapid development of the home service platform,a set of efficient and reasonable development plans need to be compiled,and the deviations generated during the development process must be efficiently controlled to ensure that the project is delivered on schedule.In the previous project development process,the department of Q project in Z company has almost stayed in the waterfall development model because of the relatively extensive schedule management.Under this background,this study has analyzed the current situation of Q project schedule by means of project management tools and case analysis methods,and has given feasible solutions.During the development of the project,targeted corrective measures are provided according to specific problems with the purpose of forming a set of schedule management plans for Q project and thus improving efficiency of schedule execution.Based on Q project in Z company,this thesis has carried on a research into the schedule management of Internet software projects.Through Q project schedule planning and the rational use of corrective measures,the length of the critical path has been effectively reduced,and a set of targeted schedule management plans have been worked out.The management and control of Q project as a whole has helped improving the efficiency of schedule execution,which has proved the effectiveness of the program.Its research results provide some thoughts and suggestions for the project schedule management and control of the Internet platform,and also offer some references for similar projects to improve the project management level.
