Study On Schedule Management Of A Software Development Project

With the rapid development of China's software industry,the industry competition is fierce,but the success rate of software projects is very low,with the continuous expansion of China's software market,more and more software enterprises are facing the economic pressure caused by project failure,so,project management is taken more and more attention by each software enterprise.Due to the rapid iteration speed of software products,whether the products can be pushed to the market before other competitors is a key step to seize the market opportunity.Progress management is one of the four elements of project management to determine the construction period.This paper takes the software development project of A company as the research object.By analyzing its organizational structure and current management situation,it elaborates on various problems in the implementation process of the software development project,and analyzes the particularity of the project and the current management situation.The purpose of this paper is to improve the level of software project management,the delays in the schedule of F simulation software custom development projects of A company were analyzed,and the cause and effect diagram method is used to study its nature,mainly lies in whether the project plan is feasible,demand changes and the risk is controllable,personnel organization activities is reasonable,etc.By designing solutions,optimizing the project plan,increasing the accuracy of scope definition,and strengthening team building,the project schedule management can be improved.In this paper,by the method of adopting iterative requirements collection and adding buffer on the key chain mentioned in the optimization project plan can make more feasible plans,and provide references for similar software development projects.
