Software Development Project Schedule Management Research

With the rapid development of China's software development industry,the competition in the industry is becoming increasingly fierce,but the success rate of development projects is not high.With the expansion of the demand of the whole industry,enterprises in the industry are facing the huge pressure of whether the project can succeed.Once the project fails,enterprises will face huge economic losses.Therefore,project management in the software development industry received more and more attention.How to develop software products quickly and effectively has become a magic weapon for the success of software enterprises,and the most critical element in project management is schedule management.In this paper,the R insurance company software development department software development project as the research object,through the analysis of R insurance company's organizational structure and management,expounds its software development project in the implementation process of various problems,analysis of R insurance company project schedule management.The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the ability of schedule management of software projects,and make a comprehensive analysis of the schedule management of R insurance company's actual software development projects.This paper uses the cause and effect diagram method,which can better study its essential problems,and analyzes the feasibility of project plan,the controllability of demand change and risk,and the rationality of member organization activities.
