As a general management method,project management has been paid more and more attention.For software development projects,because the project has more sub-activities and stronger logical relationships,and there are a lot of uncertainties in the development process,the project is more complex.For a long time,the project management experience has been used as the basis,and there is no complete theoretical knowledge as the guidance.In this case,the problem of late project delivery will often arise,and project management schedule planning and control management related principles.The theory can solve this kind of problem effectively,has the important practical significance.The CNS3.0 navigation software development project is based on the research of MX Company in the field of vehicle navigation,combined with the customized requirements of Volkswagen China,to provide customers with the overall vehicle navigation solution.Based on the theories and methods of project schedule planning and control in project management,and based on the CNS3.0 navigation software development project of MX Company,this paper introduces the general situation of CNS3.0 navigation software development project.The project objectives and project scope are defined.According to the actual situation of MX Company,a clear project organization structure and responsibility allocation matrix is established to prepare the project schedule.Effective communication mechanism with the implementation process has laid a solid foundation.The WBS work breakdown structure,program evaluation and review technique and critical path method are used in the preparation of the project schedule,and the project schedule is optimized by the method of reducing the duration of the project.In the process of project implementation,the project schedule management and project schedule control should be carried out reasonably and effectively according to the actual project schedule arrangement and the relevant contents of the project schedule control.And according to the relevant theories and methods of the project schedule control process and the management safeguard measures of the project schedule,the human resources safeguard measure,the technical safeguard measure and the change safeguard measure,guarantees the project plan to be steady implementation.Through the application of the project schedule management theory in the CNS3.0 navigation software development project,it effectively avoids the schedule risk in the project and improves the overall quality of the project.This paper also verifies the rationality and practicability of the application of the project schedule management theory in the CNS3.0 navigation software development project,which can be used as a reference for the application of project schedule management in this kind of projects in the future.
