Modern enterprise human resources management regards human resources as the core reasonable studying how to realize the reasonable configuration of enterprise resources.So it attaches the great important to the investment of human resources to improve the utilization degree of human resources to realize the sustainable development of enterprise core competitiveness and long-term goals.ELCO(Tianjin)Electronics Co.,Ltd.focuses on industrial automation and control product development,manufacturing and sales.The total number of employees over a thousand people,with branches and offices in 18 regions including Beijing and Shanghai.The human resources management of these agencies are complexity.Diversity at all levels of human resource management system caused by the diversity of needs,lack of human resource management system deployment flexibility,lack of expansion capability.The paper aims at designing and realizing the enterpr:ise human resource management system of ELCO company,and promoting the transformation of modern enterprise management mode,towards the basic situation of personnel management,applying the idea of the management of software engineering and development,using the current mainstream technology development method.In the process of system development,we take the advanced software development model and the software engineering thought through the upper business and the underlying database design.The system implements nine modules:exit/landing module,personnel information management module,organization management module,training management module,attendance management module,recruitment management module,compensation management module,performance management module and system management module.The system adopts the model of B/S multi-tier application architecture,using MyEclipse software for the front desk,taking J2EE framework as the core technology,collecting various components of J2EE for second development,such as access components,log and message component.We use SSH framework as the architecture solution,using JSP page level technology for development,using Oracle 11g as the database management system,and realizing the comprehensive utilization of data by WEB Service.Elco accelerate human resource management information system,it is to enhance the company's human resource management necessary means and the main carrier,is the implementation of the basic work of modern enterprise talent development strategy and an important part.
