Since the end of the last century, with the prosperity and extensive application ofelectronic information technology, world economy has entered the era of rapiddevelopment, and talents has become one of the important factors determining thesurvival of enterprises. Therefore, human resource management has become animportant link in enterprise management, and developing human resource managementsystem that is suitable for enterprises has positive influence on the rise and decline ofenterprises. As enterprise management become informationalized, human resourcemanagement also enters a new era-EHRM era. EHRM establishes standardizedmanagement platform to satisfy the demands of management in business departmentsregarding human resources, thus triggering the generation of different roles in the fieldof human resource management and an ecological chain of human resourcemanagement. A perfect human resource management system can enhance the workingefficiency of human resource department, standardize working procedure, improvingthe quality of service and enhancing the level of management. It can also facilitateenterprise leaders better mastering information and tendency of enterprise staff, anddriving enterprise development to be more adaptive to social and economic level, thushelping enterprise gain more competitiveness.J2EE is a system structure put forward by American SUN Company to simplifysuch complicated issues as enterprises’ development of solutions, deployment andmanagement with the help of Java and Java2platform. J2EE offers various advantagesand high efficiency, which can be reflected in that J2EE allows companies to assignseveral general but complicated tasks in service ports to others, so that developers canconcentrate on how to establish business logic, thus shortening the time spent ondevelopment. J2EE has scalability, which can be seen from the fact that suppliers inJ2EE field offer load balancing strategy in a more extensive range, which is conduciveto eliminating bottleneck in system and allowing integrated deployment on multipleservers to satisfy future business demands. With J2EE being deployed to reliableoperating system, J2EE also has stable applicability, and it can support long-term applicability. This dissertation develops and designs human resource management system basedon J2EE system, and probes into technicians’ demands of this system throughinvestigation of the current situation of human resource management in the enterprise. On this basis, a human resource management system that is suitable for enterprise isdesigned. This system adopts relatively advanced and mature technologies, such asStruts, and such important component elements as J2EE components and container. Allof these construct human resource management system of the enterprise and realizebasic functions of the system, including human resource information management, insurance contract management and educational training. This dissertation firstly elaborates the background and topic selection and thestatus of development regarding human resource management, starts from analyzing thedemands of human resource management system, and proceeds to introducing functionsof each module and modeling. Secondly, it gives introduction to relevant techniques ofsystem development, discusses about the construction of B/S mode human resourcemanagement system based on J2EE system, and applies Struts and MVC technology towork as an auxiliary in system design. Thirdly, it introduces the design and realizationof database in details, the construction of system framework, and codes this system as atool. Finally, this dissertation tests and summarizes this system. This system has been applied in the enterprise, with each functional moduleoperating normally and being able to satisfy the demands of current enterprisemanagement.
