With the popularization of computer network, computer technology has beenmore and more applied to various industries management, high efficiency, energysaving for the manipulation of characters. And in the industry management, humanresource management will play a decisive role in enterprises and institutions. Basedon the research of domestic and foreign human resources management system. Basedon the preliminary study of a financial institutions of higher learning in Colleges anduniversities, found in its human resource management, organizational structure,personnel structure and personnel level is relatively complex, personnel, personneltraining, personnel performance appraisal and most also use manual or filemanagement way, the huge amount of work. The university human resourcemanagement information, the complex numerous, complicated data sources, resultingin the need to spend a lot of time and energy, current structure of artificial statistics ofthe lack of sufficient accuracy.This article from the university human resources management point of view, inorder to improve the human resource management of university is complex,inefficient operation situation, to design a set of human resource management systembased on J2EE technology, and strive to be used in microcomputer managementpersonnel daily work, the work intensity reduction management, through the system,can to further improve the file management, personnel of the University IdentityManagement and training management; perfect attendance personnel; improve themanagement level and work efficiency, improve staff wages, welfare, performancemanagement. The role of human resource management and further change, as theuniversity management, departments and individuals to provide better service;effectively reduce the operation cost management cost and higher; and strengthen theinnovation of the management concept of human resources, greatly enhance theexternal competitiveness. Design and implementation of human resourcesmanagement system J2EE in the human resource management system has thecharacteristics of cross platform, easy expansion based, and the work intensity, reducethe human resource managers save manpower, improve personnel management leveland work efficiency, bring certain help and reference, can make universities more the focus of work in education and teaching, improve teaching quality. The system of trialeffect is worth looking forward to, and will usher in a new chapter in human resourcemanagement in Colleges and universities.
