As an important strategic resource, human resource is the necessary conditio n tobe an impregnab le position for a bank. At present, many enterprises adopt computertechno logy to the huma n resource manage me nt, provid ing accurate huma n resourceinformatio n and help ing the enterprise to formulate reasonable human resourceplanning and training programs. However, most of the existing human resourcemana ge ment syste ms s imp ly install deplo yment into it, while not really improvehuman resource management level and work efficiency. What·s more, it is unable tomeet the needs of the enterprise te lecommuting and comprehe ns ive co mmunicationmana ge ment. There fore, with the he lp of information techno logy mea ns, it isnecessary to use the computer techno logy and establis h a human resourcemanagement system to improve the management level and work efficiency.Based on the ana lys is of the current s ituatio n of huma n resource mana ge ment,this paper designs and deve lops the syste m according to the actua l dema nd. We adoptB/S software architecture as the syste m fra mework, whic h reduces both the coup lingand the cost. We use the ma instream J2EE p latform to develop and deploy the system,improving the syste m of portability, security a nd reusab ility. The three fra meworksare put into use to decrease the deve lopment difficulty a nd shorten the developme ntcycle. JSP techlogy is to achieve the frie ndly disp lay. We choose the sma ll size, fast,robust MySQL database, and the cross-platform JDBC database connectiontechno logy to ensure the data security and backup and flexib le ma nage ment databasepermiss io ns. In view of the basic conte nt o f huma n resource ma nage ment s ys te m, thesystem designs9functiona l modules, inc luding organization mana ge ment, trainingmana ge ment, performance manage me nt, attendance ma nage ment, post ma nage ment,personne l ma nage ment. When ana lys ing the demand, we care more about the actua lneeds rather than the enha nced functiona lity. Especia lly for training ma nage ment,performance mana ge ment and report mana ge ment functions, we practica lly des ignsystem function and bus iness logic based on the characteristics of bank and the reality.We test the syste m on the functio n about user mana ge ment, data ma nage ment a nd thema in interface module. And we also test the syste m performance and inspect thesystem page response time and syste m running stability. Through testing, the syste m has the advanta ges of frie ndly interface, easy operatio n, fast response and fa ulttolerance while meeting the functional requirements.This paper studies the huma n resource ma nage ment syste m and the deve lopmenttrend at home and abroad at first. On this basis, comb ining with the situa tio n, bus inessprocess ing and characteristics of the human resource manage me nt syste m, this paperrevolves around the system constructio n and fo llows the sp irit of the software project,proceeds a detailed and specific imp le mentation fro m demand ana lys is, syste m design,system imp le mentation and syste m test, and designs and imp le ments a huma nresource ma nage ment s yste m based on J2EE platform. Through us ing the informationof huma n resources ma nage ment tools, it imporves the work quality and expands thescope of human resource manage me nt, enhances the degree of each departme ntpersonne l to partic ipate in the process, advances human resources mana geme nt workand further strengthe ns the competitive ness of the banks among both at home andabroad.
