With opening to the public,China's banking industry must slowly change their mode of development under development.The banking industry as the main pillar of the economy of our country is facing huge competition from two aspects of domestic and abroad.The competition between the same industry in the domestic and the domestic banks have to go out by opening to the public in the abroad aspect,so as to increase the industry's international competition between.As the pillar industry of banking are indispensable in the country and the world,to play a national and regional economic messenger role.The paper analyzes the current status of domestic banks,on the basis of detailed analysis of the business process and function,combined with the data to the design and implementation of a bank customer relationship management system of mining technology.The paper aims to provide a set of management information system for customers through the research on the J2EE system of commercial banks based on CRM.The system is divided into four main functional modules,and it uses the object-oriented analysis method to analyze and describe the use case analysis and description of each functional module.It fully demonstrates the overall framework of the CRM system of the commercial banks in the user's needs.Then the system implements by database and program flow.The system has been applied B/S three tier architecture to develop.On the server side,the paper combines J2EE technology and SQL Server database operation technology to realize the system interface and function.It uses MVC(model view controller)mode as the system development mode,which is a good foundation for the later function module and system adjustment.The system is based on the above technology form a more comprehensive Bank CRM system.
