Design And Implementation Of Human Resource Management System Based On SSH

Human resource management is a comprehensive set of relationships,information and technology as an integrated discipline,which is an important aspect of many enterprises to compete.In this environment,in order to meet the urgent trend of market development,enterprises need efficient human resources system to support its management system.The apply of human resources management systems not only can justify the use of human resources,but at the same time greatly simplify the costs associated with human management.Although the management of human resources has been paid enough attention,the problem of human resources management system,such as low management efficiency,lack of accuracy,weak of information sharing,management confusion,resource fault,can not keep up The pace of economic development.Based on the deep research of enterprise department,business structure,development strategy and employee structure,the paper designs and constructs human resource management system by taking the SSH framework as the core,combined with MVC mode,UML modeling tool and MySQL database.It is to achieve the management of intelligent and standardized,so as to improve the efficiency of human resources management and utilization.The main contents of this paper include the following four aspects:(1)Research characteristics of human resource management on era of economic globalization,bind characteristics and application situation of SSH to complete the system requirements and business process analysis.(2)Study implementation and methods of human resource management systems business in SSH architecture,design and improve seven functional modules:division management,staff management,payroll management,training management,recruitment management,report management and system management,which form the basic human resource management system.(3)SSH-based architecture,UML unified modeling tools,SQL database management system and Power Designer,Star UML tool to build human resources management system and complete database design.4)Accomplish the system code preparation and test system functions and performance on the basis of system business needs,system function modules,system architecture and database design.Enterprise human resource management system is established in the practice,make full use of SSH framework and other advantages of technology,combined with the new needs of the human resources business characteristics,which provide theoretical support and method guidance for human resources management.Although the management system is inadequate,it reduces the management system development costs,improve the efficiency of human resources management.Simultaneously,it open up a vast space for enterprise human resources management.
