With the continuous development of economic globalization, enterprises are facingincreasingly fierce competition.For any enterprise, human resources is an importantfactor for business survival and development.An enterprise has the best people, andrational use of employees, only in this way enable enterprises to have a goodcompetitiveness,improve the amount of business, improve the profitability ofenterprises.Companies only continue to optimize the management of human resources,improve the initiative and enthusiasm of the staff, to increase the enthusiasm andcreativity of employees, training employees a sense of belonging and a sense ofresponsibility, so they can win the employees,and constantly improve theircompetitiveness. Human resource management as a branch of economics, it is the mainresearch recruitment, training, appointment, remuneration, incentives and other humanresource management to achieve business objectives in order to meet the needs ofcurrent and future development of enterprises, to maximize corporate profits.Throughinternal promotion and external recruitment, enterprises can continue to have a goodstaff.By paying compensation based on performance appraisal,Lifting duties to motivatestaff,enterprise profits while also winning staff.The system consists of eight parts,including organizational structure management,personnel records management, staff recruitment management, performance appraisalmanagement, employee attendance management and system configuration management.Previously, most of the human resources management system focused oninteroperability functions,act as executor, the role of supervision and the goalkeeper,and had only a few strategic functions.This system focuses on performance appraisal,training, selection, strategic issues rather than mere attendance, statistics, and othersimple functions.It is a service provider, employee carer, and human resourcesconsultant.Of course, along with economic development and change, the company’sbusiness, departments, positions are also constantly changes, and accordingly humanresources system should be constantly improved and perfected.The development of this system is the integrated use of the theory of management information systems and software engineering, database technology, Java technologyand Web development technology.The development of this system in strict accordancewith the method of software engineering, needs analysis, outline design, detailed design,coding and testing.The development of the system is an iterative process, and constantlyadjust according to the changing needs of the design and development.For developmentapproaches, HRMIS are developed and implemented completely basing on Eclipseplatform, using JSP Servlet and MySQL Database. The deployment and maintenance ofsystem is convenient. It is able to be operated in worldwide conveniently throughInternet and friendly user interface.For the web service end application, Eclipseplatform is a general movement platform which supports many kinds of languages.Tomcat of Apache platform is a brand-new Web development technology, which hasmany special features, such as the consummation integrated development environment,short development cycle, and advanced construction. Using Eclipse as an integrateddevelopment environment, the development cycle is short, high efficiency, and achievedgood results.
