With the development of China's economy as a whole,the opportunities and challenges faced by enterprises are also increasing.In order to better grasp the opportunities and meet the challenges,enterprises of any size need to practice internal skills and strengthen their own management level.The main content of human resources management is to further elaborate the various matters related to the employees of the enterprise,and according to the management plan formulated in advance,standardize the management of all aspects scientifically.There are several drawbacks in the past human resource management system of Changchun Water Group.Firstly,because the management subject is human,unfairness will occur in the management.Secondly,because the management process often requires the approval of management processes by managers at all levels,this often leads to the extension of the approval process and the reduction of work efficiency.Finally,in the traditional management system,the past management experience is difficult to be effectively utilized.In view of the above problems,this paper designs and develops the human resource management system of Changchun Water Group.The system includes four functional modules: basic management,employee management,salary management and employee situation.It includes the overall configuration management of the system,daily maintenance of employee information,employee salary registration and information recording,and employee's daily life.Four aspects of the work for Changchun Water Group to provide more scientific personnel management support in Colleges and universities,the system in the system user interface application Bootstrap framework technology to achieve,in the system server application Spring boot technology to achieve,the backstage database using MySQL database.The main tasks of this project are as follows:1.We go deep into the Changchun Water Group to conduct a demand survey,through questionnaires and interviews to determine the basic needs of the system,using prototype system and Changchun Water Group Company human resources management personnel for deep needs confirmation,detailed system requirements.2.We study the front-end technology of the website,the background structure technology of the website and the database,and determine the technical scheme of the system according to the concrete conditions of Changchun Water Group.The front-end is implemented by Bootstrap framework,the back-end is implemented by Spring boot,and the database is implemented by MySQL database.3.We design the human resource management system of Changchun Water Group,including network structure design,software hierarchy structure design,system data model design and system interface design.4.We have designed and realized the basic management,staff management,salary management and staff situation of Changchun Water Group Human Resources System,and realized the standardization,paperless and automation of human resources management.5.We test the human resource system of Changchun Water Resources Group by black-box testing method,and test the system performance by simulating concurrency.The system often performs well,which can meet the needs of electronic human resource management of Changchun water resources.
