Research Of Product Data Management Oriented To Small And Medium-sized Manufacturing Enterprise

In this project, it analyzes the function, the implementation technology, the present development situation and occupied status in the manufacturing industry informatization of product data management (PDM). With ASP.NET as application developing framework it constructs product data management system faced small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises by combining with the characteristic of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and using object-oriented technology, ASP.NET technology, database technology and local area network technology.This system is built based on enterprises local area network and adopts B/S model. Through analyzing the actual need of enterprises, the system is divided into three modules: user administration module, product data management module, product edition administration module. In the system, the documents are managed through classification, corresponding information database is established, and simultaneously document upload, search and downloading are realized. The system has the function of jurisdiction management, in other words the system managers endow different jurisdictions with different users, and different jurisdictions correspondence different operations. The system sets different system operation spaces for the system managers and the jurisdiction users, in other words for completing a certain design it can realize the cooperative management to related persons. Combining with tree structure of product drafting, the system provides the management function of product version based on treelike. Under the background of product diversification for mass customization, it provides a great convenience for the management of product version. At last, it shows the system's application process and method through the example application of the system.The design method of object-oriented what is faced small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises'product data management system application makes the system have friendly application operation contact surface and some flexibility. Thus, it can be operated simply and conveniently, maintained and managed easily, and took some performance expansion according to need. Its establishment and implementation has great significance to extension of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprise informatization. It not only realizes the sharing of data message inner enterprises, but also can satisfy the coordination design, largely promote enterprises' technical management level, strengthen the market adaptability and improve the market competitiveness.
