Efficient human resource management system has more and more business concerns. Many companies have gradually taken information technology. Human resources management system make it is more easy and automated for human resources management,while more suitable for the development of enterprises. Domestic and foreign enterprises attach great importance to Human Resource Management System. Foreign countries have a long history in the development of the human resources management system. In order to have the appropriate human resources management system, domestic enterprises often make the study of human resource management system according to the foreign success and the user’s situation.This article uses the object-oriented programming method, developed in accordance with the B / S mode, using a variety of development techniques and methods. In the process of system analysis, this article uses UML modeling method to model the system.According to the framework and the survey of user need, the waterfall model was used to study human resources management system. The development steps were following the process: plan, requirements analysis, software design, programming, software testing and operation and maintenance. The division of the human resources management system were system management, job management, recruitment management, contract management, training management, personnel management, performance management, attendance management, compensation management nine modules. In the late stage of development, software testing was made to ensure the quality of the software. In order to comply with the requirements of economic development of the enterprise management level, through the research and development process, a human resources management system was designed to meet the requirements.
