Study On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Rural Library In Anhui

The root of economic poverty is cultural poverty.Under the national strategy of cultural poverty alleviation,rural library has become an important part of the public cultural service system in the vast rural areas of China.After ten years of development and construction,our country has invested funds of not less than 20 thousand yuan per bookstore,and has built up 58.7 000 rural library with a standard book volume of not less than 1500 books,which has achieved the full coverage of administrative villages.Although the overall China's rural library project has made remarkable achievements,made a significant contribution to the implementation of the national strategy in 2020 before the full out of poverty in China,but the rural library across the country in the actual operation there is a problem of low rate,book resources supply does not match,lack of management system,a single source of funds,the service concept behind the house by.How to change the rural library development system,change the rural library utilization rate is not high status,to stimulate farmers' interest in reading,in response to the national culture in order to realize the precise poverty alleviation policy,rural library for the position to carry out precise helping the poor rural population cultural information and knowledge,to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty,improve the rural population to get rid of poor internal power has become the focus of the social concern.Through field visits to some areas of Anhui Province Rural Library and the questionnaire survey,in-depth study of the culture of poverty alleviation strategy in Anhui province Hefei City,Tongling city and Huainan city of rural library operation,analyzes the problems existing in the process of carrying out the sustainable operation and cultural poverty alleviation present rural library,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures the main problem for the rural library better help culture poverty alleviation,enhance farmers cultural confidence to provide theoretical and practical guidance.This paper is divided into seven chapters:the first chapter introduction introduces the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,summarizes the current domestic and foreign rural library sustainable development situation of cultural development,introduces the research methods,research ideas and innovation.The second chapter mainly introduces the main concepts and national strategies,including public cultural service,public cultural service system construction,knowledge gap and national culture precision poverty alleviation strategy.The third chapter introduces the development and construction of farmhouse bookstore in China.It focuses on the current situation of cultural poverty alleviation and the achievements made in the construction and development of Anhui Rural Library in the past ten years in Anhui province.The fourth chapter mainly introduces the development of rural bookstore in Hefei,Tongling and Huainan,and collects and analyzes the information collected by interviews and questionnaires.The fifth chapter is based on the data of investigation,Anhui Province Rural Library Development and find out the existing problems in the process of building,such as library construction mode,farmers demand does not match,the digital construction lag,lack of funds and other issues of sustainable development,and analyzes the solution through sixth chapters,this type of precision construction,precise docking needs of farmers,the construction of rural public service platform of digital culture and carry out diversified service mode corresponding countermeasures.The seventh chapter the conclusion made in engineering of Rural Library in China in the past ten years the achievements affirmed,and summarizes the development of the rural library facing ten years of difficulties,and puts forward the rural library exploration of great significance for sustainable development of culture and precise poverty,finally the future development direction of rural library is discussed.
