As a rural grass-roots cultural service institution,the rural library has been developing for more than 10 years since its construction in 2007.Although it has made some achievements in the early stage of its development,with the rapid progress of the social economy,most of rural libraries have not adapted to the social development.The book house is facing the development difficult position,also can not satisfy the new age countryside resident to the cultural information demand.In the context of rural revitalization,rural library is still an important position in the cultural field.It bears the heavy responsibility of revitalizing the rural culture.Therefore,the rural library needs to solve the problems existing in good operation.In order to contribute to rural revitalization,it needs to find new ways of development,as well as innovation and service transformation.Based on this,this article through the Shandong Province R city part rural library visit investigation,unifies the network investigation and so on method.By understanding the development and operation of rural library.Then analyze the existing problems and causes.And then explore the key factors of its development.According to the needs of rural library users,this paper constructs an accurate service model of rural library under the background of rural revitalization.At last,the countermeasures and suggestions to implement the model are given.This paper focuses on two aspects:(1)An analysis of the current situation and key influencing factors of the development of rural library.On the basis of literature reading and network data investigation.The service status of rural library in R City of Shandong province was investigated and analyzed.Summed up the current problems and reasons for the rural library.According to this,the influence factors are integrated with the meta-analysis method,and the influence factors are obtained.Then,using DEMATEL model to analyze and calculate,7 key factors are obtained.The 7 key influencing factors in order according to the degree of center are: the operation and management of the rural library,the service level,resource allocation,financial investment and fund guarantee,policy guarantee participation,network communication construction,human resource allocation.These provides the basis for the construction of the following precise service pattern.(2)This paper constructs the frame system of precise service mode of rural library under the background of rural revitalization.By introducing the precise service theory,a new model for its service innovative transformation is constructed.Firstly,the connotation of the model is expounded,and the motivation of constructing the model is analyzed.Secondly,it narrates the four components of the model.Thirdly,the service mode and process of the model are discussed.And then,the framework of accurate service model is constructed,which includes resource data construction layer,technology processing support layer,service content application layer and user service interaction layer.Finally,the paper put forward the application countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of accurate service model of rural library under the background of rural revitalization.Including the supply of library resources,library service extension,library advanced technology to introduce recommendations.In the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper constructs an accurate service model for improving the quality and efficiency of rural library.The research can enrich theoretical system of the farm library service.It expands the research field of rural library service.The conclusion of the study will help to improve the service level of the rural library and promote the upgrading and transformation of rural bookstore service in the context of rural revitalization.Can make it better play a role,leading the people to a better life.
