Research On Library Crowdfunding In The Context Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Since the reform and opening up,China has made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation.In order to complete the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects as scheduled,the country has vigorously promoted targeted poverty alleviation.Economic assistance has effectively alleviated the current living difficulties of the poor,while culture is the key to complete poverty alleviation and fundamentally change the survival difficulties of the poor.Therefore,cultural assistance in targeted poverty alleviation work must not be absent.As an important carrier of spreading culture and inheriting civilization,library should shoulder the responsibility of poverty alleviation.Targeted construction of libraries in poor areas can give play to the significant advantages of libraries with less input resources and long function time,and effectively contribute to targeted poverty alleviation.However,the construction of libraries in poor areas has serious shortage of funds and weak pertinence,which hinders the development of the role of library culture in poverty alleviation.In the era of "Internet +",crowdfunding,a new financing mode based on Internet platform,emerges as The Times demand.The introduction of crowdfunding mode into library construction is a beneficial exploration of diversified sources of library funds,which provides new ideas and new methods for accurate poverty alleviation and survival and development of libraries in poor areas.At the same time,the design of the crowd-funding project of the library can make a great deal of efforts on the pertinence,customize the help program strictly according to the spiritual and cultural needs of the target area and population,and build a library with more accurate poverty alleviation content and stronger poverty alleviation function.Therefore,this paper carries out a research on library crowdfunding based on the background of targeted poverty alleviation,aiming to explore feasible Suggestions for the future development of library crowdfunding in China,and provide useful references for the effective play of the important role of library crowdfunding in targeted poverty alleviation.Through the research on the crowdfunding projects of libraries in China,this paper summarizes the mode of crowdfunding in libraries,analyzes the launching and operation mode,launching platform and element types of crowdfunding projects in libraries,summarizes some characteristics of crowdfunding in libraries,and defines thesignificance of crowdfunding in libraries.Since the role of library crowd-funding in promoting targeted poverty alleviation depends on the funds obtained from crowd-funding,this study further focuses on the funding of library crowd-funding projects.On the one hand,on the basis of previous studies,according to the theory of information asymmetry and signal transmission,trust theory,elaboration likelihood theory as the foundation,according to actual situation,the raise library project from the project quality,project size,information and project sponsors three aspects to identify all the raise library project financing performance potential influencing factors and construct the theoretical model.This study took the library crowdfunding projects captured from the tencent ledian platform as samples,conducted statistical analysis with SPSS24.0,identified the actual impact of each potential influencing factor on the fundraising performance of library crowdfunding projects,and discussed the results.Through empirical analysis,it is known that the number of project introduction words,the number of project progress updates,the project execution plan and budget,the amount of target funds raised,the duration of the project,the number of supporters and the type of initiator have a significant impact on the fundraising performance of library crowdfunding projects.On the other hand,starting from the example of library crowdfunding projects in poverty-stricken areas,this paper finds out the experience and existing problems of library crowdfunding construction in China.In both aspects,qualitative research and quantitative research are combined to complement each other and complete the research of this paper.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results and the development status of public crowdfunding and library crowdfunding in China,this paper puts forward Suggestions on the development of library crowdfunding in China from the perspectives of relevant government departments,project sponsors,platforms and libraries at all levels.
