The Research Of Rural Libraries' Culture Precision Poverty Alleviation

Through the continuous construction of a new socialist countryside,the rural economy has developed rapidly and the phenomenon of material poverty has gradually improved.Although with the continuous deepening of poverty alleviation work,it is still difficult to eliminate poverty in rural areas.The spiritual and cultural performances of this part of the poor groups tend to be similar,such as feudal ideas and lower cultural literacy.Only through the means of cultural precision poverty alleviation can we completely solve the phenomenon of rural cultural poverty and realize the grand goal of rural rejuvenation.The rural library can not only make the cultural precision poverty alleviation work more perfect,but also the inherent needs of its own role transformation.Rich book resources,a complete service network system,and strong national policy support make the rural library the main front for rural culture to help the poor.This paper is based on Chiyuan Town,Minqing County,Fuzhou City,Fujian Province,and Xinxing Town,Tinghu District,Yancheng City,Jiangsu Province.Chiyuan Town is located in the outer suburbs of the mountainous area.The economy is relatively backward.The phenomenon of left-behind children and the elderly is widespread.It is representative of the rural areas in the mountainous areas of middle Fujian.Xinxing Town belongs to the urban satellite towns.The economy is relatively developed,but the cultural construction is backward.It is a typical rural town in northern Jiangsu.Through the questionnaire survey,the cultural needs of rural residents in the two places were collected to understand the cultural needs of rural residents.From a precise perspective,the paper analyzes the general situation of cultural needs and summarizes the characteristics and reasons of the cultural needs of rural residents under different characteristics.Through interviews and literature analysis,we can understand the situation of rural library construction and cultural poverty alleviation in the two places,and combine the actual cultural needs of local villagers to summarize the problems existing in the development of cultural precision poverty alleviation work in the rural library mainly include the single content of poverty alleviation,the lack of poverty alleviation funds,the complexity of poverty alleviation objects,and the backwardness of the rural library managementmechanism and the root cause analysis.Finally,from the aspects of improving the accuracy of cultural poverty alleviation,ensuring cultural precision poverty alleviation resources,enriching the content of cultural precision poverty alleviation,and improving the management system of rural library,the paper puts forward the implementation strategy of the rural library to carry out cultural precision poverty alleviation work.
