Research On The Function And Implementation Path Of Information Service In Precision Poverty Alleviation

In the information age,the information gap between urban and rural areas is expanding,and high-quality information resources are difficult to flow into rural areas.Poor households have less information,less technology,and less enthusiasm than other farmers.All kinds of disadvantages lead to poorer poverty.At present,the state has invested heavily in infrastructure construction in rural information services,and has achieved good results.It still cannot completely change the information poverty status of poverty-stricken areas.The theory of information productivity believes that information technology is a brand-new productivity,has tremendous support for agricultural development,and can rapidly improve the level of modernization of agriculture.Information services can improve the information awareness of poor households,cultivate the information literacy of poor households,use information technology to improve agricultural output and farmers' economic income,and provide simple,intuitive,efficient and convenient information services for poor households is an inevitable requirement for solving information poverty.Therefore,the focus of this paper is on the role of information services in poor areas on farmers' income and the design of information service models for poor households.This paper constructs an information service level assessment system.Firstly,based on the literature of other scholars,the evaluation indicators of rural information service level are determined.The poverty-stricken counties such as Yangxin County,Jianshi County and Yunxi County are taken as research objects.The income of farmers in poverty-stricken areas is the dependent variable,and the information service level is the independent variable.The SPSS22.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the structural equation model to study the effect of information service level in poverty-stricken areas on farmers' income.Combined with the questionnaire data of the field survey,an information service level evaluation system consisting of one first-level index,three second-level indicators and 18 third-level indicators was constructed.Using the expert evaluation method and the grey correlation method to evaluate the information service level of Yangxin County,Jianshi County and Yunxi County,the main correlation factors leading to low information service level were identified through correlation analysis,and the main reasons affecting the information service level were investigated.The research results show that information services have a positive effect on the income of farmers in poverty-stricken areas.The effect of information services in poorer areas on farmers' income is more significant.Jianshi County has the highest level of information service,and the information service level of Yangxin County and Yunxi County is relatively poor.It is found that Jianshi County has significant advantages in the supply and demand capacity of information services,indicating that the supply and demand capacity of information services has the greatest impact on the level of information services.On this basis,an information service model for poor households is designed and a specific implementation path is proposed.From the information support ambition to support intelligence,design information model according to local conditions,improve the utilization of information resources and improve the level of information security,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,and it is expected to provide some reference for the national information poverty alleviation policy.
