Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Archives Management Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation In Henan Province

Since the reform and opening-up,China has been constantly updating its ideas and methods of poverty alleviation.In its report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party said that the number of people who have been lifted out of poverty has reached more than 60 million.The policy of precision poverty alleviation requires the goal of reducing poverty by ten million per year.This is a great innovation proposed by the Party,has won high international acclaim.The fight against poverty sets out the goals and tasks to be achieved by 2020.In fact,the task of poverty alleviation has been basically completed by March 2020,and the overall regional poverty problem has been basically solved.Compared with other provinces,Henan Province is a large agricultural province with a large population and a large number of poverty-stricken areas.In order to make clear the current situation of the precise anti-poverty archives management in our country,on the one hand,through the selection of the survey area,we mainly select the website data in the network survey(including 18 provinces and cities in Henan Province),mainly including two types.The first is a government website,the second is a feature site.For example,the Chinese government,the characteristic government website and so on,through visits the related website the work dynamic,the investigation research and so on template to understand the precise poverty alleviation file management present situation.On the other hand,we use the questionnaire survey to survey the staff of the precise poverty relief archives management in 18 provinces and cities of Henan Province.In the end,the author makes a field survey of 18 provinces and cities in Henan Province by means of on-the-spot interview,and then summarizes the requirements and effectiveness of the archive management.According to the results of an online survey and a questionnaire survey,the practice of precision poverty alleviation cases guided by various policy documents in Henan Province has been gradually carried out,the filing of cards has been gradually advanced,and the information-based work of precision poverty alleviation has also been carried out in depth,and has constructed the demonstration spot plan related working document.Some achievements have been made,but there are still some deficiencies in the precise anti-poverty file management in Henan Province,the problems still exist in the unbalanced construction of archives informatization,the low quality of managers,the low consciousness of keeping secret of archives management,and the insufficiency of basic construction of archives.In view of these problems,this paper starts from several aspects of precise poverty alleviation management,to realize the value of precise anti-poverty archives management by optimizing the materials for precise anti-poverty archives collection,strengthening the construction of personnel ranks for precise anti-poverty archives management,improving the information network system,and increasing the input of special funds for grassroots archives work,we will promote the smooth implementation of accurate poverty alleviation files.It is of great significance to develop the value of precise anti-poverty archives by Deepening Archives Education and building professional talents.
