Development And Utilization Of Archives Information Resources During The "Internet Plus" Era In Hefei City

Nowadays,with the development of information technology,China has entered a new era named Internet plus.A series of new information technology and network technology have emerged,big data and cloud computing technology brought many new changes to our life,since it was proposed.-A document made by the national development and Reform Commission,and the Ministry of industry,named "Internet plus action plan" came into the earth eventually."Internet plus archives" has become an inevitable trend and reality.But in the "Internet plus" era,the archives work in practice is still facing many new and old problems to be solved in our country.The development and utilization of archives information resources are complicate when they meet this new challenge.Therefore,this paper selects a capital city of central area in China--Hefei as the site of the actual research,doing a present situation investigation for the development and utilization of archives resources.And after the analysis of the problems,we would put forward possible solutions based on the location condition.Hoping it could provide some help for the further study about China's archival information resources in the "Internet plus" era.This paper includes five parts:The first part mainly doing the investigation from the angle of archives department and archives users,reviewing all the information and digital from survey,and use sociological statistics software to analysis and comparison of these data.Exhibiting status quo-presenting about the development and utilization of archives during the "Internet plus".The second part,from the Department of archives and archives users of two angles of investigation,through finishing the actual research information and data,taking Hefei city as an example,the use of sociology statistical software for analysis of data on the current situation of development and utilization of archival resources Internet plus "era of objective presentation.The third part,induce and abstract all those information from investigation,forms atheoretical framework.And we would be attached from two aspects which included achievement and problems,to searching the actual status of archives,archival resources,archive compilation and propaganda,archives informatization and archival users and other sides in this environment.The forth part is aimed to analysis of problems in the third part,and untangle the predicament of archives development in the "Internet plus"The fifth part,provided some strategy and solutions about the forth part.Also suggesting to top design of archival department and to do the construction of the basic unit with the two aspects.
